DMCA

Super Bear Adventure Guide (superbearadventures.blog) respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This page explains our copyright policy and how to file a takedown notice or counter-notice.

Copyright Policy

Our guides are original, fan-written content. Where we reference game titles, artwork, screenshots, or other material owned by others (including Earthkwak Games, the developer of Super Bear Adventure), we do so for editorial, informational, and fan-commentary purposes. We do not knowingly host infringing material.

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on one’s behalf) and you believe that content on this Site infringes your copyright, you may request its removal by filing a DMCA takedown notice as described below.

How to File a Takedown Notice

Email your notice to [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Notice.” To be valid, your notice should include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if there are several).
  • The exact URL(s) of the material on superbearadventures.blog that you claim is infringing.
  • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so we can contact you.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

We will review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to material we believe in good faith to be infringing.

Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] including:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and its former URL on our Site.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in your district (or, if outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of the courts where our service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the party that filed the original notice.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

Repeat Infringers

We take repeat infringement seriously. Accounts or contributors who repeatedly post infringing material may have their access restricted or terminated at our discretion.
